Are you a student eager to launch your career in production? Do you have a strong interest in social content creation and want hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of agency production?
As a Production Intern, you'll gain foundational learning in production activities, supporting our Producer and the wider team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the entire production process, from pre-production planning to final delivery of both always-on content and large-scale campaigns. You'll be crucial in helping to ensure all productions meet high-quality standards, are delivered on time, and remain within budget.
Assist in general production activities, including planning and post-production editing.
Help manage pre-production logistics, such as assisting with sourcing props, booking travel and accommodation.
Monitor projects and assist in allocating costs to ensure delivery within the allocated budget.
Work closely with creative teams to help identify and source external talent.
Assist in the timely delivery of all assets, from initial concepts to final edits.
Support the team in proactive planning and quarterly forecasting for upcoming productions.
Currently enrolled as a student and available full-time for at least 5 months.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Has a strong interest in social media content production and post-production.
Familiar with major social media platforms and their unique content needs.
Having a driver's license is a big plus.
Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential; Dutch and other languages are a bonus.
No prior experience is required, but a demonstrable passion for the creative industry is key.
Training Programs: Access to internal professional development initiatives.
