What You'll Do Develop & maintain Java applications for air traffic control systems Design, code, test & document within Spring Boot microservices architecture Build CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) with automated testing Integrate messaging systems (RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ/Apache Camel) Collaborate in Agile sprints using JIRA/Bitbucket Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree (ICT/Engineering) 10+ years software development experience 5+ years Java (recent) 3+ years Spring Boot 2+ years RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ 2+ years Apache Camel 3+ years Linux development environment Strong English (C1/B2+) Desirable Skills Kafka or other message brokers Jenkins CI/CD xnkfpon pipeline expertise Agile/Scrum methodologies Technical documentation writing Details Location: Maastricht, NL (Hybrid: on-site + remote) Start: January 1, 2026 Duration: 1 year + up to 4 renewals (5 years total) Rate: Competitive (lowest price technically compliant) Security: Certificate of Good Conduct required (no clearance needed)
