As People Services Manager , you will oversee day-to-day HR administration and People Services activities, acting as the primary escalation point for employees and managers. You will manage a team responsible for onboarding, contract management, job changes, offboarding, and data integrity in HR systems. In addition, you will monitor service quality, ensure compliance with labor laws and GDPR, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.
Lead and manage People Services operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain data integrity in HR systems (e.g., Monitor KPIs and service levels, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated services.
Support process harmonization, system implementations, and improvement initiatives.
Contribute to a positive employee experience through responsive and customer-focused service.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
~5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services, including team leadership.
~ Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with accuracy and efficiency.
~ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
~ Experience in multinational or shared services environments preferred.
~ You will have the opportunity to shape service delivery, lead improvement projects, and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple countries.
