What can you expect?

• You will program the control of laboratory devices, primarily on the basis of PLC controllers with TwinCAT 3 using the "Structured Text" programming language with object-oriented approaches
• You will take on tasks from the design to the implementation of device sequence controls as well as external command and data interfaces and the programming of user interfaces
• You will carry out software tests independently, document your results and derive test software from your results
• You support system engineering in integrating your work into the device technology
• You work creatively and independently from task definition to testing

What should you bring with you?

• You have a technical or university degree in automation technology, computer science or electrical engineering
• You have experience with "structured text" according to IEC61131-3
• You have experience with the implementation of control and automation tasks, ideally of laboratory devices
• You have knowledge of object-oriented programming as well as in the field of control technology, actuators, sensors and the design and parameterization of servo drives
• You have knowledge of the implementation of communication protocols, e.g. via TCP/IP
• You are team-oriented, conscientious and have solid communication skills
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
