A global organization within the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to producing high-quality medicines in a GMP-controlled and highly regulated environment. As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will be responsible for running a production line within a highly automated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires a hands-on, analytical, and quality-driven professional with a proactive mindset and strong technical insight. You will collaborate closely with operators, line leads, supervisors, and other stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and meet production goals.
Operate and monitor automated production lines according to established procedures and GMP standards.
Perform line changeovers, monitor process parameters, and ensure accurate documentation in SAP/MES.
Collect, analyze, and report process data to identify trends or deviations.
Participate in problem-solving, root cause analyses (RCA), and improvement initiatives (LEAN, Kaizen, 5WHY).
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure smooth shift handovers.
Ensure all mandatory training and certifications are up to date.
MBO level (Technical or Process direction) and/or VAPRO A/B certification.
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP and MES.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
