For the Customer Satisfaction & Quality division of our client in Helmond, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer Manufacturing. In this rewarding function, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining product excellence, conducting in-depth analyses, and implementing preventive measures. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential issues before they arise, ensuring adherence to Process Control Plans, and leading Process Audits and Failure Mode Effect Analysis. In this fulltime function, you take any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement. To accomplish this, you will: Identify non-quality factors continuously, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that a product or service will satisfy given contractual/explicit customer Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode) Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector Manage derogations Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector Be a member of the Short Interval Management of the production lines Be the local expert of the assembled products in the sector What’s in it for you Direct contract with our client Gross salary between € 3,500.- and €3,860.- per month Reimbursement of travel costs Full-time job of 40 hours a week Fluent in English Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent Experience in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Knowledgeable in quality improvement tools, techniques & models Knowledgeable in statistical quality techniques and analysis Digital acumen Next to this, you possess one (or more) of the following: Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001, focus on Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance, Root Cause Analysis skills.
