Together, we are building a future of sustainable temperature solutions for generations to come. /p pWe are looking for an bEHS professional /b to take responsibility for Environmental, Health Safety topics across our Benelux organization. /p pThis role is a great opportunity for someone who already has a solid background in bHSE / EHS / occupational safety /b and wants to take the next step into a broader role. You do not necessarily need to have many years of management experience – what matters most to us is your professional knowledge, your confidence in dealing with people and your ability to drive safety topics independently. /p pYou will work closely with our local teams and management and act as a key contact for EHS topics across the Benelux region. /p h3Your responsibilities include: /h3 ul liManaging and further developing EHS activities across the Benelux region /li liEnsuring compliance with applicable Dutch and Belgian EHS legislation and regulations /li liSupporting and advising managers and employees on health safety matters /li liConducting risk assessments and supporting the implementation of appropriate measures /li liInvestigating incidents and driving preventive actions /li liSupporting audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives /li liDeveloping and maintaining EHS processes, standards and documentation /li liWorking closely with internal stakeholders and external partners /li liRaising awareness and promoting a strong safety culture /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul liProfessional experience in bEHS, HSE, occupational safety or a comparable field /b /li liA relevant qualification in safety / occupational health and safety (e.g. MVK, HVK, IVK or comparable) is highly valued /li liGood knowledge of bDutch EHS legislation and regulations /b /li liExperience in an industrial, technical or production environment is an advantage /li liConfident communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders /li liA hands-on and pragmatic approach /li liAbility to work independently and take ownership /li libFluent Dutch and English are essential since you collaborate with local colleagues as well as the European EHS management on a daily basis /b /li liWillingness to develop further into a broader EHS leadership role /li /ul h3What
