Retail Controller - The Swatch Group

Als retail controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor álles wat met de financiële kant van de eigen winkels van The Swatch Group te maken heeft. Van controlling, administratie en voorraad tot audits en winkelopeningen. Binnen deze functie ben jij hét financiële aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met retail te maken heeft. Of het nu gaat om de dagelijkse transacties in de winkels of de rapportages richting het Zwitserse hoofdkantoor: jij houdt het overzicht en de inhoud scherp. Daarom controleer je bankafstemmingen en bewaak je de aansluiting tussen het POS-systeem en het ERP-systeem (SAP). Periodiek lever je scherpe inzichten aan het management, zowel lokaal als internationaal. Bij elke nieuwe winkelopening schuif je ook aan als vaste kracht binnen het operationele projectteam. Om winkels te bezoeken voor audits op locatie. Hier toets je de naleving van interne procedures. Door jouw werk draait de retailorganisatie financieel als een Zwitsers uurwerk.

Met directe betrokkenheid bij alles wat in de winkels gebeurt, ben je verzekerd van impact. Geen shared service center, maar korte lijnen en een team waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt.

~ Jaarcontract (uitzicht op vast).
~Afgeronde wo-opleiding in bedrijfseconomie. Ervaring met SAP of SAP BW, Office 365 en Excel.
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk. Analytisch ben je sterk en je weet complexe financiële data te vertalen naar heldere en bruikbare inzichten voor het management. 
Een eerste kennismaking heb je met Tom Tellings (manager operations) en Leonie Jacobs (executive recruitment consultant & strategisch adviseur) van Farrow + Dutch. 

Waarna je een tweede gesprek hebt met de Group controller en iemand van HR.
