UtrechtInc is looking for a Marketeer to join our dynamic startup community. In this role, you'll take charge of our visibility, develop and execute our social media strategy, and lead content marketing initiatives. Your mission will be twofold: to amplify UtrechtInc's presence and to ensure our startups get the recognition they deserve. We're looking for a proactive team player with a strong affinity for the startup ecosystem, someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make an impact.

UtrechtInc helps entrepreneurial researchers, ambitious students and founders turn their ideas into successful startups. We are closely linked to Utrecht University, UMC Utrecht, and Hogeschool Utrecht. Our innovative startups operate primarily in healthcare, sustainability, education and artificial intelligence.

As a global top 10 university-linked startup incubator, we've supported over 400 startups in the past 15 years, helping them grow into impactful businesses. On average, we host 30 startups in our offices and co-working spaces.

At UtrechtInc, you'll find an inspiring and welcoming work environment where innovation and entrepreneurship take centre stage. We're a small, diverse and informal team of 6 FTE that operates much like a startup—with minimal hierarchy, flexible structures, and a strong emphasis on personal responsibility. A dynamic role in a close-knit and informal team.
8 FTE position.
A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position, 25 vacation days, and a 13th-month salary.

As our Marketeer, you will play a key role in maximizing the visibility of UtrechtInc and the 400+ startups in our community. Managing and updating the wordpress website.
Startup Community: Assisting startups at UtrechtInc with marketing-related questions and providing strategic advice.
Supporting and supervising our marketing intern to ensure the success of their work.
Content Marketing: Producing high-quality content for our website and social media, such as founder interviews, videos and best practices sharing.

Fluent in Dutch and English.
Preferably holds a bachelor's degree (HBO level or higher).
Has proven experience or familiarity with the startup ecosystem.
Start Date: Asap, at the latest February/March 2025
