h3bLogistics Engineer | Logistics Warehouse Operations /b /h3 pWe are looking for a bLogistics Engineering Specialist /b to join an international logistics organisation and support the optimisation of warehouse operations, processes and productivity. /p pThis is a great opportunity for someone with experience in bindustrial/logistics engineering, warehouse optimisation or process improvement /b, who enjoys working with data and turning operational challenges into practical solutions. /p h3bWhat will you do? /b /h3 ul liAnalyse warehouse processes, workflows and operational performance /li liIdentify opportunities to improve bproductivity, quality and efficiency /b /li liConduct work measurements and support staffing/workload analysis /li liDevelop and implement process improvements and re-engineering initiatives /li liAnalyse operational data and create reports to support decision-making /li liWork on bwarehouse layouts and process flows /b /li liSupport warehouse implementations, reconfigurations and customer projects /li liCollaborate closely with Operations, Engineering and other stakeholders /li liWork with warehouse automation and technology solutions /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations /li /ul h3bWhat are we looking for? /b /h3 ul liDegree in bIndustrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain, Engineering /b or a related field /li liPrevious experience in bwarehouse logistics, contract logistics, 3PL or distribution environments /b /li liExperience with bprocess optimisation / continuous improvement /b /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liGood knowledge of bExcel /b; experience with bPower BI /b is an advantage /li liExperience with bWMS / SAP /b is a plus /li liKnowledge of warehouse layouts / AutoCAD is an advantage /li liComfortable working with both bdata and operational teams /b /li liStrong communication skills and a practical, hands‑on approach /li liFluent bEnglish /b; Dutch is an advantage /li /ul h3bWhat’s on offer? /b /h3 ul liAnnual salary increases /li liOpportunities for professional growth and internal career progression /li liExposure to bwarehouse automation and continuous improvement projects /b /li liInternational working environment /li liTraining and development opportunities /li liPension and additional employee benefits /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
