Some of the things you'll be doing
- Ensuring that the clients' client entities are in good legal standing and are compliant with local & international legislation and regulations
- Assisting with setting up and managing corporate-, fund- and private legal structures;
- Assisting the clients' client entities with corporate secretarial support & transactional assistance
- Enabling the clients to meet their timelines in relation to all legal & regulatory matters;
- Keeping the records of the client entities up to date
- Supporting in managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders such as advisors, authorities, etc.
- Strengthening and sustaining our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services
- Acting as a gatekeeper and making sure we protect the financial system, and WFT ("Wet Financieel Toezicht") regulations
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Dutch Law, Corporate Law or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant professional experience within the trust, financial services industries, and/or law firms
- Corporate secretarial background
- Strong written and verbal skills to convey information in English and Dutch, both internally and externally to clients
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills
- Able to work accurately with eye for detail
- Effective communication skills
