In this role you design, build, and deliver cloud-native, FHIR-based diagnostic reporting applications with GenAI integration to streamline clinical workflows. You work within an agile team to translate clinical needs into robust software, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You collaborate with architects, product owners, and domain experts to shape scalable, compliant solutions in healthcare tech. You'll apply modern cloud, AI-assisted development, and interoperability practices to advance digital diagnostics and responsible AI.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent (postgraduate preferred)
- minimum 5 years of back-end development experience with Bachelor's, or minimum 2 years with Master's/postgraduate
- proven track record delivering production-grade back-end services
- experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments (healthcare, medical devices, finance)
- hands-on GenAI capabilities in production or near-production (LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows)
- strong Java and/or Python backend development skills
- API design experience and HL7 FHIR data models integration
- experience with cloud-native environments, containers, and CI/CD
- Azure or AWS experience preferred
- experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka preferred
- knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, TDD, secure coding; Agile/Scrum experience
