RedCarpet is per direct op zoek naar een Business Analist PEGA.

Als Business Analist PEGA ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen business en IT. Je speelt een cruciale rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van PEGA-applicaties en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van processen en systemen binnen de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Analyseren en opstellen van requirements voor PEGA-applicaties, met focus op klantgericht verbeteren van de huidige systemen.
  • In kaart brengen van wensen en behoeften door te schakelen met diverse stakeholders, waaronder ontwikkelaars, architecten, product owners, product managers, processpecialisten en UX designers.
  • Vertalen van klantwensen naar functionele beschrijvingen (user stories) met technische specificaties, zodat ontwikkelaars hiermee aan de slag kunnen.
  • Coördineren van de realisatie van nieuwe functionaliteiten en betrokken blijven bij het beantwoorden van vragen tijdens het ontwikkelproces.
  • Testen van opgeleverde functionaliteiten aan de hand van vooraf gedefinieerde acceptatiecriteria.
  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van het team door het uitwerken van requirements, impactanalyses en oplossingsrichtingen.
  • Creëren van waarde door als sparringpartner te fungeren en de taal van zowel de business als IT te spreken.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en schakelt moeiteloos tussen technische en zakelijke stakeholders. Je hebt een proactieve houding en bent gedreven om continu te leren en nieuwe technologieën te omarmen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 2-4 jaar ervaring binnen een DevOps-team.
  • Ervaring met PEGA en de bereidheid om snel je certificering te behalen.
  • Vaardigheden om data inzichtelijk te maken, bij voorkeur met SQL.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te schakelen met diverse stakeholders en je analyses helder over te brengen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
  • Een enthousiaste en leergierige werkhouding gericht op het opzetten en implementeren van nieuwe technologieën.
