In this role, you’ll be the bridge between IT, users, and external partners , making sure their systems run flawlessly and evolve with the latest advancements.

What will you do?

✔ Manage and optimize applications – Monitor errors, analyze incidents, and collaborate with colleagues and vendors to implement solutions.

✔ Incident and change management – Analyze and resolve incidents while implementing configuration changes.

✔ Quality assurance for releases – Test and monitor updates before and after they go live.

✔ User support – Assist users remotely with implementations and application optimizations.

✔ Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers – Contribute ideas for improvements and new functionalities.

What do you bring?

🔹 Experience with online portals like Atlassian Service Desk, ServiceNow, Topdesk, Zendesk, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

🔹 Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Splunk is beneficial.

🔹 Strong analytical skills – you can maintain oversight and set priorities effectively.
