Data Engineers are the backbone of our technical delivery, turning complex data problems into robust, scalable solutions. We are looking for Senior Data Engineers to join our team and work collaboratively with clients to design, build, and maintain data architectures that meet their unique needs. Partner directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored data architectures that drive business outcomes.
Develop and optimize data workflows for ingestion, transformation, and processing using Databricks.
Design and manage data storage, processing, and orchestration solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP with Databricks as the core technology.
Optimize data processing for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead and mentor teams, delegating tasks effectively to ensure successful project execution.
Architect, develop and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to meet client demands.
Collaborate closely with client teams, including product managers, data engineers, analysts, and scientists.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the data engineering field.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes. Proven expertise with at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Databricks.
Ability to design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions.
Bonus: Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
Must-have : residence in, and work-permit for The Netherlands
Contribute to large-scale data transformations, such as building sustainability-focused data pipelines and advanced lakehouse architectures.
