This hybrid role involves managing both models and digital talents, nurturing their careers, and securing exciting opportunities. You'll be working closely with a small, dynamic team , ensuring personalised attention and strategic guidance for each talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a roster of models and digital talents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talents, clients, and brands
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities (brands, creatives, agencies)
  • Negotiate and oversee contracts, bookings, and collaborations
  • Organize and accompany talents to events and key industry meetings
  • Maintain strong communication with our talents and ensure their well-being
  • Conduct regular reporting to track performance and opportunities
  • Lead and contribute to strategy meetings for talent development and agency growth
  • Approach every challenge with a growth mindset , always seeking solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media, influencer marketing , and emerging platforms
  • Be proactive, enthusiastic, warm, and reassuring in your approach—ensuring talents feel supported and empowered
  • Work closely with our team in Amsterdam —this is a collaborative role that requires in-person presence at our office
  • This is not a remote job opportunity —we are looking for someone to be actively engaged in our Amsterdam-based operations
Who You Are:

  • Experienced (minimum 1+ years in a modeling or influencers agency)
  • Connected in the industry, with strong clients and brand relationships

  • Digital-savvy – well-versed in TikTok, Instagram, and emerging influencer trends
