Marketing Communications Specialist

VirtualMetric seeks a marketing communication specialist to drive its go-to-market strategy and position itself as a leader in telemetry pipeline solutions. The ideal candidate will be crucial in creating and managing innovative marketing initiatives that align with our partner-centric sales-led approach. You will develop compelling content, execute account-based marketing campaigns, and enhance our brand visibility through events and partner collaborations. This role is perfect for a creative, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Marketing and CommunicationDevelop and execute marketing campaigns with and for partners.
  • Ensure consistent communication and co-branding opportunities with strategic partners.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)Develop targeted marketing campaigns for specific accounts to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales strategies to maximize account success.
  • Event Marketing: plan and coordinate webinars, trade shows, and partner events.
  • Content MarketingCreate and manage blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers to showcase our expertise and establish a thought leader position.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media content.
  • Build and maintain online communities.
  • Brand Management
  • Website Management

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications or a similar role
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with attention to detail and design.
  • Experience in Partner Marketing
  • Experienced in organizing and hosting events and exhibiting at tradeshows
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in the tech or SaaS industry, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
