We are now hiring a high-potential Sales Lead (medior) who thrives on execution: building pipeline, converting warm interest into qualified opportunities, and growing key accounts. Demand for AI Trust, data governance, and digital risk advisory is accelerating across Europe, the US, Asia, and the Gulf. Organisations need trusted partners who can ensure their AI is safe, transparent, fair, and reliable. As Sales Lead, you will be helping to build the commercial engine powering this global movement. You will connect executive teams, compliance leads, and innovation leaders with the capabilities they urgently need. What You Will Do Own and manage the full sales cycle for consulting and AI compliance services. Execute established go-to-market plays and continuously improve them through disciplined follow-up. Run high-quality discovery and solution conversations with senior decision-makers. Build and maintain strong pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline. Convert warm inbound interest and existing relationships into structured, qualified opportunities. Drive consistent deal progression with clear next steps and timely stakeholder engagement. Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts. Expand within organisations through multi-department and multi-country opportunities. Coordinate closely with our delivery and advisory teams to ensure flawless execution. Follow up and qualify leads from technology vendors, legal partners, engineering firms, and accelerators. Work with regional sales teams across Europe, the US, Asia, and the Gulf. Follow up on campaigns, webinars, events, and inbound leads. Create digital visibility and warm intros through active LinkedIn engagement. What We're Looking For 5–8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience. Experience selling consulting, compliance, digital transformation, AI, or technology services. Strong interest or working knowledge in AI Trust, data governance, and digital risk. Ability to translate complex regulatory and AI topics into clear commercial value. A natural collaborator who works in tandem with advisory and delivery teams. Based in the Netherlands. Proven ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close. Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder environments. Excellent communication, structuring, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Excel. Native or near-native English; Dutch is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
