Jouw rol als Test Automation Specialist

Als Test Automation Specialist ben jij de drijvende kracht achter succesvolle testautomatisering bij onze klanten. Je adviseert en begeleidt hen bij de selectie, implementatie en optimalisatie van automatiseringstools, zodat hun teams er effectief mee kunnen werken.

In samenwerking met ontwikkelaars en andere teamleden zorg je voor een naadloze integratie van deze tools en werk je continu aan het verbeteren en verfijnen van de oplossingen.

Dit ga je doen

Onze klanten hebben complexe vraagstukken waarbij testautomatiseringstools oplossingsmogelijkheden bieden. Naast de automatiseringswerkzaamheden bij de klant ben je ook bezig met het begeleiden van andere teamleden, risico analyses uitvoeren en kennisdeling binnen de interne organisatie. Hiervoor ga je in een multidisciplinair team je werkzaamheden uitvoeren en soms een ondersteunende rol vervullen die zich los door de organisatie begeeft.

Dit ben jij

  • HBO/WO diploma
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Test Engineer
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring met Agile/Scrum
  • ISTQB of TMap gecertificeerd
  • Resultaatgericht, pragmatisch en communicatief sterk

Technische skills

Onze klanten werken met verschillende toolstacks. Wij zien graag een of meer van de volgende tools terug op CV:

  • Robot Framework, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, Selenium Specflow, SoapUI, Cucumber, Postman

Het is een pré als je kennis hebt van:

  • Javascript, Java, SQL, C#/.NET, Python, BDD principes, CI/CD ervaring.

Ons Amsterdamse kantoor is de thuisbasis voor al onze consultants die werkzaam zijn in de centrale regio van Nederland. We investeren veel tijd in het begrijpen van de ambities van onze consultants om ze effectief te ondersteunen in je carrièregroei.
