- what you will do /h3ulliManage and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity lifecycle. /liliSupport hybrid identity (Active Directory + Entra ID). /liliImplement Zero Trust principles across identity and access. /liliConfigure and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. /liliManage MDM/MAM policies, compliance rules, Autopilot, and secure device onboarding. /liliStandardize and automate device deployment and configuration. /li /ulh3Security Compliance /h3ulliWork with Microsoft Defender XDR (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps) to improve threat protection. /liliSupport ISO 27001 processes through documentation, controls, and technical implementation. /liliContribute to data governance using Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention). /liliSupport Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related M365 services. /liliTroubleshoot issues across the M365 ecosystem and ensure a stable, secure environment. /liliUse PowerShell and Graph API to automate tasks and enforce governance. /liliCreate clear technical documentation, runbooks, and end‑user guides. /li /ulh3How will you become successful in this role /h3ulliPrior experience working in a fast‑paced global IT environment. /liliAbility to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and non‑technical users. /liliAn owner’s mindset approach to your craft. /liliUtilize principles of agile development to attain an elevated quality of delivery. /liliAbility to interface seamlessly with a global, multicultural team (excellent collaboration skills, culturally aware, both internally and with customers). /liliHelping a rock‑solid scale‑up proposition grow explosively. /liliTeam player that can also work independently and unsupervised. /li /ulh3Your Experience Skills /h3ulliHands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM). /liliMicrosoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, compliance). /liliMicrosoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention). /liliHybrid Active Directory environments. /liliExperience contributing to ISO 27001 processes (documentation, controls, technical implementation). /liliStrong troubleshooting skills across identity, devices, and cloud services. /liliExperience with PowerShell and automation. /liliAbility to create clear technical and end‑user documentation. /li /ulh3What do
