The Marketing and Communication team aims to increase market presence, build intimacy and drive demand through our work for clients. As part of the team, you will work closely with sector and account teams and our offshore team members, including design, web, social and campaign support.

Build and expand the cloud engineering team: Mentor senior and lead engineers and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
Identify and capture new market opportunities by developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable cloud solutions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies, position the company as a leader in cloud-agnostic financial solutions, and raise brand awareness in the industry.
Engage with current and prospective clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored cloud strategies, and ensure high satisfaction through solution delivery.
Expand cloud-agnostic offerings: Strengthen our cloud-agnostic solutions across Azure Cloud, ensuring flexibility and vendor neutrality in client engagements.
Team development and mentorship: Develop training and upskilling programs to ensure the team stays at the forefront of cloud technology, fostering innovation and growth within the group, lead recruitment efforts to add new talent to the team.
Support and contribute to the company's business development efforts by attending industry events, networking, and positioning the company's cloud services to potential clients.
Work closely with internal teams such as sales, DevOps, security, and data to ensure smooth integration of cloud solutions with other service offerings.

8+ years of experience in cloud engineering or cloud consulting, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role.
~ Demonstrated ability to scale teams, including hiring, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
~ Experience in managing client relationships and delivering solutions in the financial services industry, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance needs.
~ Experience with cloud-agnostic architectures and multi-cloud environments, ideally including hands-on experience with Azure Cloud.
~ Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating cloud strategies and solutions effectively.
~ Hands-on experience in cloud strategy development and delivery, while also being comfortable stepping in to provide technical oversight when necessary.
