Qualifications Bachelor degree and/or proven experience in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in the pumping or water industry is a strong advantage Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
