Position Summary:

The Multimedia Designer is a creative professional focused on developing high-quality visual content and dynamic video productions. This role emphasizes expert design using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, alongside planning and executing compelling video projects. Working closely with the marketing team, the designer ensures that all visual assets reinforce the brand identity and effectively engage global audiences.

Position duties and responsibilities:

• Visual Design & Content Creation:
• Develop high-quality visual assets such as graphics, infographics, and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Produce visual campaigns and brand imagery that align with LG Sonic's guidelines.
• Video Production:
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content, including product demos, explainer videos, and social media visuals.
• Brand Consistency:
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design and video content.
• Content Sourcing:
• Source high-quality imagery and create visually engaging content for various platforms.
• Collaboration & Innovation:
• Work with marketing and content teams to ensure visual assets meet campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and experiment with innovative design and video techniques.
• Project Management:
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualification and requirements:

• Experience & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or Visual Content Specialist.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong video production and editing skills, with proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro.
• Creative & Technical Abilities:
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Deep understanding of design trends, branding principles, and user experience.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands and reside within 45 minutes of the Zoetermeer office.
• Available to work 40 hours per week on-site in Zoetermeer.
