Today the company includes numerous fashion Brands: Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Tezenis, Tezenis Kids, Falconeri, Atelier Emé, and Antonio Marras. The Group is also active in the food&wine sector-through Signorvino, Tenimenti Leone, La Giuva, and Podere Guardia Grande Brands - and, following the recent acquisition of Cantiere del Pardo, in the nautical sector - with the Grand Soleil Yachts, Pardo Yachts, and VanDutch Yachts Brands. The company is vertically integrated and takes care of all stages of the supply chain, from idea to production in its own Plants - 30 Production Plants between Italy and Abroad - to worldwide distribution. To date the company, from the retail point of view, has more than 5600 stores, direct or franchised, and is present in more than 59 countries worldwide.

Marketing & PR Manager

Responsibilities

  • Interface to the HQ as well as close cooperation with the brand managers of our brands (Intimissimi and Calzedonia) in order to build brand awareness and positioning in the Netherlands.
  • Monitoring and analysis of the market, trends and competitors in terms of communication and image, staying up-to-date with all the on and offline media in order to definite the communication media mix in the Netherlands.
  • Localize assets provided by HQ and execute local campaigns for the market needs.
  • Definition of brand-specific and KPI-based campaigns from planning to implementation, in line with our international communication strategy (360° media mix).
  • Close cooperation with our PR and media agencies and critical evaluation and review of the PR and Media Plan shared.
  • Supervision of media monitoring reports and analysis preparation on the basis of media expenditures. Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions.
  • Sharing reports to HQ and other internal stakeholders using Excels or other tools like Data Studio

Your Profile

  • Min 3+ years of experience as Senior Marketing & PR Manager in the Dutch market (fashion retail is a strong addition) and ready to make a step
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a strong addition
  • Deep knowledge of the full funnel approach and its media mix
  • Deep knowledge of the Dutch media market
  • Knowledge of main advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Criteo, Google Analytics, TikTok and main Programmatic Publishers
  • A passion for fashion and retail
  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Result-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Proactive team player and independent to meet goals
  • Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced and international environment
  • Background of working with different departments and tight deadlines
