Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and installation of pipelines, is seeking a proactive Production Team Leader to join their facility in Sliedrecht. This role offers the chance to drive process improvements, optimize production, and lead a dedicated team of specialists.

Lead and develop a team of production professionals (10 people), ensuring high-quality hydraulic piping is delivered on time.
Oversee production planning and coordination, including technical drawings, CNC programming, and material management.
Collaborate with engineering, work preparation, and sales to optimize production methods and project execution.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement effective solutions with your team.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch ; English is an advantage.
