Manager supplychain

For a scale-up medical device company in the Utrecht area, we are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with a strategic focus on end-to-end supply chain management. In this role, you will oversee and optimize the full supply chain lifecycle—from incoming raw materials to the delivery of finished goods. Key Responsibilities with an End-to-End Focus:Strategic End-to-End Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee the entire supply chain, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products, from supplier procurement to final delivery to customers.
• Strategic S&OP Leadership: Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with a comprehensive approach, aligning procurement, production, and logistics strategies to meet business goals.
• Production and Inventory Optimization: Strategically plan production schedules and inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing waste and costs.
• ERP System Optimization: Spearhead the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365, configuring the system to support data-driven planning, forecasting, and process optimization across all supply chain stages.
• Risk Mitigation Strategies: Proactively identify and address risks at every stage of the supply chain, ensuring continuity and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery.
• Expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with a focus on optimizing the entire supply chain lifecycle.
• Proven experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced planning tools for end-to-end visibility and control.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
