We're looking for a Finance Business Controller to strengthen our team in Arnhem, The Netherlands . You'll be joining a dynamic group of 6 finance experts, working closely with our CFO (also based in Arnhem) and our global finance team in the USA. This is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to shape financial processes, drive performance, and grow in a collaborative and forward-thinking company.

What you'll be doing

You'll take the lead in both Accounting Operations and Financial Analysis , including:

Managing the general ledger, including Sales, COGS, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and more

Supporting the monthly accounting close and creating monthly & annual financial statements

Performing analysis, monitoring internal controls, and identifying risks & opportunities

Supporting audits and ensuring Dutch GAAP compliance

Preparing budgets, forecasts, and executive financial reporting

Providing weekly reports on AR, AP, and cash flow

Location : Arnhem, The Netherlands (hybrid: at least 3 days in office, 5 days during onboarding)
