Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a panel of participants or audience members for events, surveys, and research projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit, retain, and engage audience members.
• Coordinate audience logistics for live and virtual events, including registration, communication, and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling outreach materials.
• Analyze audience data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate records of panelist/audience details and interactions.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all audience members, from initial contact to post-event follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in audience management, panel coordination, events, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM and audience management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
