WeGroup is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Full-Stack Developer to help maintain and expand our front-end platform for insurance intermediaries while also supporting back-end development, integrating external services, and building new functionalities. You will play a key role in shaping the technology that insurance brokers and underwriting agencies rely on daily. Your Future

  • Develop & Maintain : Expand and optimise our front-end platform using React, TypeScript, Chakra, and modern UI frameworks .
  • ‍ Enhance the Back-End : Work with Python, Go, and PostgreSQL to build scalable APIs and integration.
  • ‍ AI Integration : Implement AI-driven solutions for automating workflows, document processing, and predictive insights .
  • ‍ Connect External Services : Develop integrations with third-party insurance providers, CRMs, and financial platforms .
  • ‍ Performance & Security : Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across the platform.
  • ‍ User-Centric Development : Translate complex insurance workflows into intuitive user experiences.
  • ‍ Collaboration : You work closely in a small team of experts that depends on each other, where everyone plays a vital role.
  • Code Quality : Perform code reviews, write tests, and maintain clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases.

Your Potential

  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally in SaaS or financial/insurance technology .
  • Strong React, TypeScript, Chakra, JavaScript, and CSS experience.
  • Backend expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Docker .
  • Familiarity with AI/ML models like LLMs is a plus.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with complex data structures.
  • Understanding of security best practices in web applications.
  • Agile mindset, comfortable working in SCRUM/Agile teams.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English .
