With our Lelystad site expanding , we are seeking dynamic Warehouse Managers to join our growing team. Partnering closely with our customer, we are building a world-class logistics operation. Planning the weekly workload, establishing priorities to achieve the set goals

• Provide training and assessments to their teams. Ensure compliance with the rates and set up any corrective actions that may be required

• Ensure compliance with internal safety regulations AEO and those from ORP - OSHAS

• Ability to represent GXO Logistics towards our customer on their demands and opportunities to support their business

• Bring value to our customer with pro-active initiatives and process improvements with the aim to increase quality, safety, inventory, and lead-time

• Focus on continuous improvement techniques, quality / ISO management processes, productivity improvement and cost control within the operations

• Bachelor's degree/HBO in related fields will be preferred

• Min 2 years of experience in the Logistic sector, preferably in warehousing

• Leadership & coaching experience 3 years 40 FTE

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Knowledge of Dutch and Spanish is an advantage

• Flexibility – this is a rotational shift role

• A highly motivated team on site with ambitions to grow and improve every single day
