Key Responsibilities

Your role will centre on designing and delivering sophisticated security solutions while upholding the rigorous standards that define our industry.

Design & Development

  • Innovate and craft technical designs for advanced electrical security products.
  • Drive the entire lifecycle of prototyping, testing, and iterative design enhancements, transforming concepts into robust, functional solutions.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to international security standards and regulatory frameworks.

Project Management

  • Partner with cross-functional, global teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of design processes, decisions, and outcomes using industry-leading tools and simulations.

Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Assess product requirements to uncover opportunities for enhancing design efficiency and performance.
  • Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders to align solutions with their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations of design concepts and prototypes to key decision-makers.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should bring the following:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (required).

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of direct experience in security system design engineering.
  • A proven history of leading impactful design projects from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating within cross-functional, international, or hybrid teams.

Technical Proficiency:

  • In-depth knowledge of security standards (e.g., UL 2050, EN 50131, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with IoT devices or integrated systems is a plus, though not required.
