CNC Operator (Day Shift & 2-Shift System)

Job Description

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components. Depending on your skills and interests, there are opportunities in different areas such as Bending, Welding, FMC, Coating, and general Machine Operation. Your tasks include:

• Operating and setting up CNC milling and turning machines
• Reading technical drawings and ensuring accurate production
• Performing quality control checks and making adjustments when needed
• Collaborating with engineers to optimize machining processes
• Possibility to specialize in Bending, Welding, FMC, Coating, or as a Machine Operator

What do we expect from you?

• Experience as a CNC Operator or in a related field such as Bending, Welding, FMC, Coating, or Machine Operation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus
• Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus
