As a Product Owner CRM / Application Manager at Alfen, you will be responsible for the stability, development, and integration of our CRM and related platforms. You'll bridge business and IT, translating strategic goals into practical solutions within the digital workplace.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance collaboration. With your vision, you will help Alfen grow further in digitalization.
Defining the vision and roadmap for CRM and related platforms in line with business needs and IT strategy.
Collaborating with Business Process Owners, key users, and external suppliers.
Leading multidisciplinary (project) teams within IT.
We are looking for a strategic and communicatively strong IT professional who thrives on improving systems and processes. You know how to build support and effectively guide change.
A bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
At least 7 years of experience in the functional configuration or development of CRM/IT solutions.
Knowledge of Planisware or similar project portfolio management tools (preferred).
Familiarity with ITSM, Agile, and project management methodologies.
Excellent command of the Dutch language (mandatory).
