Nieuwe analytische rol in een gedreven & professioneel team

Functie

Het team Business Control zoekt ondersteuning op FP&A gebied. In deze nieuwe rol word je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en coördineren van de budgettering (jaarlijks + update per kwartaal), forecasting en financiële planningsprocessen. Daarnaast lever je financiële rapportages en analyses om trends, risico's en groeikansen te identificeren. Je bewaakt de verschillende KPI's en onderhoudt het contact hierover met de business. Je werkt nauw samen met de drie andere business controllers en de Manager Business Control.

Belangrijkste werkzaamheden:

  • Opstellen van budgetten, (cashflow) forecasts en financiële planningen.
  • Analyseren van financiële gegevens, waaronder varianties, risico's en trends.
  • Monitoren en bespreken van financiële en niet-financiële prestatie-indicatoren met de business.
  • Samenwerken met diverse teams om financiële plannen af te stemmen.
  • Stimuleren van verbeteringen in financiële processen, systemen en rapportages.
  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van financiële modellen voor besluitvorming.

Profiel

Een inhoudelijk uitdagende rol in een klein, informeel en hoog opgeleid team past goed bij jou. Daarin komen jouw analytische én praktische kwaliteiten helemaal tot hun recht; Jij bent een "slimme doener". Je wisselt complexe analyses graag af met contact met stakeholders in de organisatie. En het bouwen van een financieel model met het bespreken van de KPI's met projectmanagers.

Je hebt:

  • Een afgeronde Master (bedrijfskundig/financieel/economisch)
  • Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring (accounting, FP&A of controlling) bij voorkeur in de big4
  • Gevoel voor data en weet die om te zetten in actiegerichte informatie
  • Een effectieve, heldere communicatiestijl in woord en geschrift (NL en ENG)

  • Een snelle analist: je ziet verbanden en kijkt door cijfers heen
  • Een "Excel wizard" en goed met Power BI (of bereid dit te leren)
  • Resultaatgericht en betrouwbaar: Jij levert
  • Een echte teamspeler, je deelt graag jouw kennis en bent geïnteresseerd in die van anderen

Onze opdrachtgever: Open Dutch Fiber

Open Dutch Fiber (ODF) is in april 2021 opgericht door investeerders KKR en DTCP. Sinds de oprichting wordt minimaal 1 miljard euro geïnvesteerd in de aanleg van 2 miljoen "Fiber-to-the-home" breedbandaansluitingen. De core business van ODF bestaat uit het fysiek aanleggen van een glasvezelnetwerk, het exploiteren hiervan en daar waar mogelijk andere glasvezelnetwerken overnemen. Ook een eerste grote huurder is er al: Odido heeft zich voor 20 jaar gecommitteerd. Kortom, een ambitieus en jong bedrijf met een zeer stevige business case en voldoende funding.

ODF wordt geleid door een ervaren team dat eerder succesvol is geweest met de aanleg van glasvezel bij Reggefiber (NL) en Deutsche Glasfaser (Dui).

Het finance team bestaat nu uit 9 collega's en vervult een centrale rol binnen de organisatie; Finance is overal bij betrokken.

Het kantoor van ODF staat in Bunnik, (vlakbij het station én met parkeergelegenheid). Er werken inmiddels zo'n 140 collega's. De lijnen zijn kort, de sfeer is informeel én professioneel: hard werken en hard lachen.
