The position

As a Business Analyst at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects along the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

You will be a part of a transformation project, transitioning from a complex legacy IGA landscape to a modern, scalable platform.

  • Identity Data & Process Analysis: Collect and analyze identity data, generate insights, and recommend solutions to improve governance processes.
  • Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Work with stakeholders to define IGA requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and align solutions with business and security needs.
  • Process Optimization & Implementation: Identify gaps in current workflows, propose efficiency improvements, and support the deployment and testing of new IGA solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and smooth implementation.
  • Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on IGA trends, technologies, and best practices, applying them to enhance identity governance frameworks.

What you bring to the position

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong experience in IGA (Identity Governance & Administration)
  • Experience with tools such as Savyint en Sailpoint
  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
  • Familiar with identity data analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
