Your Role in Our Story: In essence, your role involves: Work with a range of clients across various industries, each with their own set of exciting challenges. Create, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients using strong interpersonal and stellar communication skills. Find your own leads through cold calling, driven by your love for challenges and career growth. Break down barriers and go the extra mile daily to keep your clients engaged and satisfied Embrace teamwork, fitting into a team approach that emphasizes working together to succeed. Rely on your team for support and leverage their unique skills to close deals collaboratively. Benefit clients through a collaborative work style where most deals involve two or more traders, offering combined expertise, skills, and networks.
