We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer of AI powered products

We're on the hunt for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building seamless intelligent, AI powered applications and ready to jump into action. More than deep expertise in a single technology, we're looking for someone with the right mindset—a problem-solver who is eager to learn, adapt, and take ownership of challenges independently. You should be comfortable managing projects, taking initiative, and driving them forward. What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge applications.
- Manage and improve our Transformers Group AI platform together with our CTO.
- Ensure code integrity through CI tools and Git.
- Mentor and guide the rest of our team.
- Work with Docker and structured databases like PostgreSQL and MariaDB.
- Develop server-side logic using Python (FastAPI, Django) and client-side logic using Javascript/TypeScript.
- Integrate AI, whether it is LLMs through LangGraph or custom reinforcement learning.

To get an idea of the projects you'll be working in have a look at this demo of our AI agents in Operations ( Here we are combining traditional optimization techniques with the state of the art in LLM powered agents to give your operational staff superpowers. All interacted by through a nice and smooth frontend build in React. Do you see yourself already building these applications for e.g. aviation or ports?
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in building web applications using React.
- Solid understanding of CI tools, Git, Docker, and structured databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB).
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Django) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong action bias and a "can-do" attitude.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with React Native or other frameworks for native app development.
- Cloud experience, particularly with Azure.
