**Finance Business Process Engineer (BPE) – South Holland – 6+ months – Start ASAP**

Summary: The Finance Business Process Engineer (BPE) is responsible for optimizing and implementing finance processes within the organization, with a focus on aligning business requirements with the capabilities of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system. This role serves as a liaison between local and global BPOs and central corporate finance, ensuring financial processes are streamlined, compliant, and efficient across regions.

Reports To: Finance Business Process Owner

1. Business Process Optimization & Analysis
2. ERP Configuration & Customization Support
3. Data Management & Migration
4. Testing & Validation
5. Training & Support
6. Change Management & Go-Live Support

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in an ERP implementation or business process improvement role.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end users
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ERP-specific certifications are preferred

Position:

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6+ months (option of extensions)

Languages: English, Dutch is a Bonus

Location: South Holland, with 3 days per week onsite
