Role: NetOps Consultant

Mandatory Skills - Broadcom NetOps (Spectrum, PM, NFA & VNA)

Location – Across UK / Europe

Mode of Work: Primarily Remote within UK/ Europe with occasional travel to client site

Overview:

HCL Enterprise Studio are looking for a skilled NetOps consultant with experience working in customer projects with at least 5 years experience with the solution area.

The consultant role supports pre-sales activities including RFI and RFP responses, and customer demos. implementation activities including but not limited to installations, upgrade, advice & guidance, troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.

Education of the NetOps product and implemented solution to end customers.

Documentation such as build/integration guide and test plans. Working with an architect on architectural and low level design documents.

The role is expected to be primary remote working but may also require some onsite customer visits within EMEA & UKI.

Skills:

Broadcom NetOps (Spectrum, PM, NFA & VNA)

Certifications:

Broadcom NetOps Proven Professional preferred. If not held currently or up to date, this certification will need to be taken as part of the role.

Broadcom NetOps Certified Expert preferred. If not held currently or up to date, this certification will need to be taken as part of the role.

Language:

English - good English reading, writing and speaking is required

Other EMEA languages are a bonus
