In this role you will lead MEP commissioning for a large hyperscale data centre project in the Netherlands, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure robust system performance. You will guide pre-commissioning through final handover, shaping testing strategies and documentation. Your work supports a mission critical, high-uptime data centre environment. This is an opportunity to influence how complex mechanical, electrical and public health systems are delivered at scale.

- Lead all MEP commissioning activities from pre-commissioning to integrated systems testing and handover
- Develop commissioning plans, programmes, procedures and testing strategies
- Coordinate commissioning engineers, subcontractors, vendors and client representatives
- Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems per specifications
- Manage commissioning documentation (test scripts, method statements, inspection records, reports)
- Coordinate functional performance testing, IST and issue resolution
- Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with construction, design and project management to ensure installation-readiness and proper sequencing
- Ensure health and safety, quality standards and handover requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Commissioning Manager on large-scale construction projects
- Strong M&E building services knowledge, preferably in data centres or mission-critical environments
- Experience managing commissioning teams, subcontractors and multiple services packages
- Understanding of commissioning procedures, functional testing and IST
- Strong technical, organizational and leadership skills
- Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
