The position;

As a Product Manager Control – Edge Solutions, you will be responsible for:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap – Developing and implementing product strategies and roadmaps for digital solutions and edge technologies.
• Market Research & Innovation – Analyzing trends in the process industry (including oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, batteries, semiconductors) and responding to digitalization and IoT solutions.
• Product Development – Collaborating with product marketing teams in Japan to develop products that align with customer needs and market developments.
• Go-to-Market Strategy – Creating value propositions, pricing strategies, and launch tactics for new products and solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinating with sales, marketing, and distribution partners to provide product training and drive the adoption of digital solutions.

We are looking for;

• Education – Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Experience – 5-8 years of experience in product management, focusing on digital solutions, IoT, and cloud platforms in the process industry.

Technical Knowledge:

• Experience with IoT, AI/ML, data analytics, cloud platforms, and industrial networks (Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, LoRaWAN).
• Knowledge of PLC programming (IEC61131), Linux OS, and Python.
• Experience in demo application development.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer needs into innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to support product strategy and promotion.
