As part of our Omnichannel Digital Experience & Innovation team, you'll lead transformative initiatives across direct-to-consumer, retail, and eTail channels—unlocking new growth opportunities and elevating Logitech's digital ecosystem.
As the Global Digital Innovation Excellence Manager, you will be pivotal in driving Logitech's global eCommerce strategy execution, enabling best-in-class customer experiences, fostering innovation, and scaling operational capabilities across markets. With responsibility spanning from platform excellence to omnichannel growth strategy, you'll lead a high-performing team, enable global collaboration, and be a champion of shared learnings and best practices to drive results universally.
Reporting to the Head of Omnichannel Digital Experience & Innovation, this role will be based in Cork, Ireland, or Utrecht, Netherlands.
As the Global Digital Innovation Excellence Manager, you will:
Develop and implement a tiering strategy for content and user experience across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with global best practices.
Drive innovative testing and research capabilities with retail and eTail partners, collaborating on strategies and fostering deeper partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address implementation challenges and support best practices sharing globally, ensuring consistency and optimization of regional strategies.
Define project roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and deliver measurable business impact.
Lead the development and adoption of AI-enabled experiences across global and regional teams, ensuring alignment with Logitech's strategic priorities.
Define and drive the AI innovation roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional and AI-focused teams to identify use cases that enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive measurable outcomes.
Enable teams to effectively integrate AI-driven solutions, optimize processes, and unlock new value across the eCommerce ecosystem.
Manage the ongoing relationship and quarterly business reviews, and share insights and best practices across the organization to enhance eCommerce impact.
Elevate Team Capabilities
Vendor management processes, including onboarding, reviews, budget allocation, and vendor negotiations, with an emphasis on driving innovation.
Lead team development through tailored training programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and speaker engagements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Collaborate with the global AI team to coordinate and drive AI adoption and best practices across the global commercial organization.
Manage resources effectively to support the team's strategic priorities.
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
Strong understanding of omnichannel strategies and scalable online program execution.
Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships with measurable results.
Experience with user-generated content strategies and tools like Bazarvoice is highly valued.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global and local teams.
Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiations, and project management.
