Jouw rol

Als Projectmanager ben jij de spil in het succes van onze projecten. Je combineert creativiteit en strategisch inzicht 

om projecten efficiënt te laten verlopen, binnen tijd, budget en scope. Je stelt prioriteiten, motiveert teams en 

optimaliseert processen, terwijl je kansen signaleert voor de strategische groei van onze organisatie.

Wat doe jij?

Projectcoördinatie

• Opstellen van gedetailleerde projectplannen met doelstellingen, tijdlijnen, deliverables en budgetten.

• Monitoren van voortgang en kwaliteit, en proactief oplossen van knelpunten.

• Coördineren van samenwerking tussen interne teams (NL, Mexico, China) en externe stakeholders.

• Zorgen voor naadloze implementatie van projecten, inclusief after-action reviews.

Creatieve ontwikkeling

• Analyseren van consumentenmarkttrends en vertalen naar innovatieve productconcepten.

• Samenwerken met ontwerp-, marketing- en productieteams om unieke producten te ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij merkstrategieën.

• Actief bijdragen aan brainstormsessies om nieuwe ideeën te genereren.

Stakeholdermanagement

• Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en interne teams.

• Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met stakeholders om wederzijds vertrouwen te versterken.

• Regelmatig rapporteren over voortgang, uitdagingen en successen aan alle belanghebbenden.

Probleemoplossing

• Snel schakelen bij onverwachte uitdagingen en creatieve oplossingen bedenken.

• Proactief risico’s identificeren en mitigerende maatregelen implementeren.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken een energieke, pragmatische leider die stressbestendig, communicatief sterk is en teams inspireert. Je 

hebt oog voor detail en het grotere geheel.

Vereisten:

• Minimaal Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld in bedrijfskunde, marketing, supply chain management of design.

• 3-5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen de consumentenmarkt, bij voorkeur in retail of e-commerce.

• Sterke affiniteit met mode en trends.

• Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, Mandarijn is een pré.

• Ervaring met hybride werken en internationale samenwerking.

• Kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken zoals Agile/Scrum of Prince2 is een pluspunt.
