Would you enjoy working on supply chain area and drive the end-2-end reverse supply chain process to enable re-use of materials, returning materials back from Field to Factory of our suppliers to drive for repair, upgrade or other repurpose flows like harvesting? Do you want to drive the Supply Chain to next level in efficiency by improving our operational processes to enable re-use of materials and creating intelligent reports? Job mission

ASML has recently established a dedicated reverse supply chain organization that enables re-using of materials in our supply chain. This relatively new team is looking for an enthusiastic team member that wants to drive and operationalize the reverse supply chain. This to ensure we re-use materials instead of buy new
Role and responsibilities
In this role, you will operationalize and drive the reverse supply chain process from an E-2-E perspective. You are responsible to plan for material repair at our suppliers or factories in the most efficient way. You optimize the reverse supply chain process and drive for material re-use across our supply chain. Your responsibilities include:

  • Pro-actively plan for material returns from the factories and field
  • Drive for repair and repurpose activities further in the supply chain that support material availability of our
  • Execute and optimize a dedicated (new) reverse supply chain process(es)
  • Manage your stakeholders to enable full material re-use
  • Support in driving performance improvement across our reverse supply chain

Context of the position
Re-use department is responsible to define and operationalize sustainability strategy for current and new ASML products and processes globally. Within Re-use, the reverse supply chain department is responsible for all the reverse supply chain processes of materials from our customers or factories towards our supply chain to enable re-use.

Functie-eisen
  • Education

Relevant Bachelor or Mater degree (e.g. in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering)

Experience
  • 0-5 years relevant proven experience in planning, Supply Chain Management processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment
  • Experience in ERP (SAP ECC / HANA)
  • Experience in driving material planning
  • Experience in complex work environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with supply chain processes in production environment
Personal skills
  • Quick learner, previous ASML experience is a plus
