What will you do?
In this role, you will not only build and optimize our funnel processes but also ensure that every team has access to the right data, processes, and definitions to drive results. You will be instrumental in creating transparency and alignment across the different sales departments, ensuring everyone knows where to find the information they need to succeed. On a daily basis, you will work in close conjunction with the Chief Sales Officer, as well as the FP&A team, ensuring full control over the key business priorities.

Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing funnel processes, definitions, and metrics that provide clarity and efficiency across the revenue team, ensuring consistent and transparent use of SalesForce and other tools.
- Ensuring the availability of accurate, timely data to inform decision-making, bring visibility to key performance metrics, and identify what's working and what isn't.
- Leading the management and optimization of our sales, marketing, and customer success processes within SalesForce, ensuring a smooth cooperation with all the different stakeholders and that processes are clearly defined, documented, and accessible to all teams.
- Standardizing and harmonizing data structure, maintaining clear processes, definitions, and guidelines, so that everyone across the organization has full visibility on workflows and knows exactly where to find information, supporting operational alignment.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, driving transparency and visibility around key metrics and processes, ensuring that teams can easily access and understand the data they need to improve performance.
- Proactively monitoring and refining processes to ensure scalability and operational excellence, providing training and documentation on best practices, and fostering a culture of clarity and transparency across all teams.
- Managing and monitoring the territory/segmentation, and lead the optimization of compensation management and performance reporting, ensuring that all processes are clearly understood and easily accessible.
What are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, finance, or information systems, with 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
- You are an expert in SalesForce, (preferably with Admin experience) with hands-on experience building, optimizing, and refining workflows, data pipelines, and reporting to ensure the right data drives the right actions.
- You can demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to not only gather data but turn it into actionable insights that create clarity, enhance performance, and drive efficiency.
- You have a strategic mindset and are driven by results, continually seeking out ways to improve efficiency metrics and directly impact the business' bottom line.
- You have the capabilities to challenge the status quo and think out of the box, ensuring processes, workflows, and key KPI's are optimized.
- You are a natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, able to work across teams and influence decision-making, while ensuring visibility and understanding of key processes.
- You are highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You have experience with additional tools like ZoomInfo, 6th Sense, Pardot, Seismic, or similar reporting and analytics tools (preferred).
- You must bring excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
