As part of our European operations, we are seeking a talented Customer Service Officer to support our European customer base and sales team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Based out of our office in Almere, in this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and sales administration support to our EMEA customers and sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager – Benelux and Germany, you will ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and proactive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and inquiries accurately, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and actioned.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service.
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet customer needs, delivery expectations, and order scheduling.
  • Support the Sales Manager – Benelux & Germany with administrative tasks, including reporting and sales documentation.
  • Liaise with 3PL warehouses to coordinate stock availability and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Process purchase orders in Epicor and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Keep customers and sales teams informed about stock levels, supply chain delays, and backorder resolutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience in customer service or sales administration, ideally within a related industry.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is essential with proficiency in German, highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle conflict and difficult situations professionally.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively across different cultures in a global business.
