About the role
Are you someone who loves working with numbers, being organized, and making an impact? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our finance team. In this role, you will handle the recording and organization of daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. You will assist in the preparation of key financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Additionally, you will work closely with the team on various finance-related initiatives and contribute to streamlining administrative processes. This position also involves providing flexible support on financial matters as needed, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and organize sales invoices, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare monthly sales invoice reports and reconcile with sales team leaders.
- Monitor accounts receivable, manage overdue payments, and reduce bad debt risks.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations with clients and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist headquarters finance in settlements and optimize accounts receivable processes to improve collection efficiency.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar role.
- Fluent in verbal and formal communication in English, Dutch would be a plus.
- MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to think logically and analyze numerical data with precision.
- A relative high level of bookkeeping skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
