As an application specialist at Sectra in BeNeLux, you help maximize the value of our medical imaging IT solutions for customers. You deliver training and optimize workflows, collaborating with Professional Services, Technical Support and Sales to raise satisfaction and outcomes. You'll shape processes to improve efficiency and understanding of our products. This role fits a service-minded, analytical communicator who thrives in a cross-functional, evolving environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, IT or equivalent or clinical background
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in usability and medical IT
- Excellent customer service, verbal, written, listening and presenting skills
