We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to become part of our global credit risk department consisting of several international based teams who have the end-to-end credit risk management responsibility at merchant and portfolio level. As our new colleague you are responsible for the credit risk management for large merchants and the assigned merchant portfolio.

You will work closely with various stakeholders such as sales, account management, legal and other risk departments and can attend (online) meetings with merchants.


In-depth financial analyses and enhanced credit assessments, analysing and documenting the merchant business model and sector dynamics, financial performance and key indicators, risks and effective mitigants
Performing periodic credit reviews, take on new onboarding requests, handle change request (terms & conditions) and credit exposure/limit increases, watchlist monitoring and collateral management
Collaborate closely with sales, account management and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding
Assess terms and conditions, review legal documents and contract amendments ensuring credit risk mitigation and conditions are correctly defined
Enhanced experience within credit risk management, credit ratings and methodologies
Deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Full working proficiency in English, any additional professional language skills is considered a plus
Preferable a master’s degree in finance, accounting, business economics, or related field
