What You'll Do

As a Senior Proposal Coordinator, you'll take the helm of our high-stakes proposal process, guiding cross-functional teams to create compelling, compliant, and persuasive responses that win business. This role isn't just about meeting deadlines—it's about setting the standard for quality and strategy. Here's how you'll shine:

  • Lead the Charge: Spearhead the end-to-end proposal process, from RFP analysis to final submission, ensuring every response is 100% compliant and aligned with Convergint's OneVoice standard.
  • Drive Strategy: Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and technical teams to develop win themes and craft responses that resonate with customers, including cover letters, executive summaries, and technical sections.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Streamline processes, enhance our RFP response framework, and contribute to our proposal resource library to boost efficiency and win rates.
  • Mentor and Grow: Support and guide junior coordinators while fostering a culture of excellence within the proposal team.
  • Tell Our Story: Translate complex technical concepts into straightforward, engaging content and visuals that make an impact.

Who You Are

You're a detail-oriented professional with a knack for storytelling and a passion for delivering results. You thrive under pressure, easily balancing multiple projects while maintaining the highest quality standards. Here's what sets you apart:

  • Proven Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in RFP and proposal processes, with a track record of writing and managing winning proposals.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically, adapt to shifting priorities, and develop winning strategies.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and build relationships across departments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, and comfortable with RFP software solutions (preferred but not required).
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional editorial and document management skills and a keen eye for style, grammar, and branding.
  • Preferred Bonus: Certifications like APMP, experience with Adobe InDesign, or industry knowledge are a plus but not required.
